The Ridley JR ABA in a partnership with the Ridley Township Recreational Department requires that ALL COACHES (head coaches and assistant coaches) and Referees  provide a valid criminal history check and child abuse clearance for each season that they participate in our organization.  The ABA uses the Pennsylvania Access To Criminal History system, (PATCH) to complete the on-line Criminal History Check  via the link below prior to coaching or refereeing.  In addition, the ABA is now required to have all volunteers provide a Child Abuse Clearance Letter from the state of Pennsylvania.  All clearances are will be good for 3 years and can be used for other volunteer organizations.

All coaches will be required to provide information and submit to each of the services below to obtain the required clearances.   If information is not provided and criminal background check not completed, individuals will not be able to volunteer as coaches.
